Professional standards
Livewire Northwest Ltd are a full member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors - NICEIC. It's the industry standards body and they inspect us very thoroughly every year, so you can be sure that every job we do is to the highest standards. Please see NICEIC page for more details
All of our engineers who work on gas are “gas safe registered”. The gas safe register requires a gas fitter to be fully qualified and capable of carrying out the task at hand. Each year the registration company will inspect a sample of work and the offices, to ensure compliance. You can be sure that all of our engineers are compliant with this registration requiriement. The Help Direct Safe Trader Scheme is funded by Lancashire County Council and managed by Lancashire Trading Standards Service. The aim of the Scheme is to help the people of Lancashire to find reliable, local traders and support local businesses. All members of the scheme have agreed to a Code of Practice, showing that they are committed to treating all of their customers honestly and fairly.
